- 8 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- sea salt (or pinch of himalayan)
- 3 Tbsp. warm water
- 2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 4 hours minimum)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened, sulphite free)
- 3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup coconut nectar (or raw honey)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water (filtered)
- 6 squares dark chocolate (for topping, melted)
