- 1 cup plain yogurt (organic, or Greek yogurt, or 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup organic coconut milk or 1 cup coconut milk for a dairy-free smoothie)
- 1 cup water (filtered, or use more liquid, s above)
- 1 1/2 bananas (organic, previously peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (Garden of Life or similar organic raw)
- 2 free-range eggs (organic, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. raw cacao powder (organic, use the larger amount if you really like chocolate)
- 2 tsp. coffee (organic freeze-dried, regular or decaf; I use Mount Hagen brand- optional, for a mocha flavor)
- 1 Tbsp. organic coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. flax oil (organic, or ground flax seeds- optional)
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (or stevia to taste- optional)
- sea salt (or *pinch of Himalayan, optional)
