- 1/2 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsp. fresh turmeric (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsp. jalapeño pepper (seeded and diced)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper (fresh)
- 1 pinch chipotle chile powder (I used a couples pinches each of cayenne and chili powder)
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- 2 tsp. fresh dill (minced)
