- 1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico Olive Oil
- 1 onions (medium, chopped)
- 1/4 cup vodka (or chicken broth)
- 1 jar bertolli five cheese with asiago & fontina cheeses sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or whipping cream)
- 2 pkg. frozen cheese ravioli (14 oz. ea., cooked and drained)

Directions
- Heat Olive Oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Add vodka and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and cream. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Serve over hot ravioli and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh basil.
