perfect pasta recipe, i think only one of them fell apart! It made far too much filling but that may be cuz i was filling them by hand, not in a mould

Great sauce. Used already made spinach and ricotta pasta. Add Lots of thyme and Parmesan cheese. Nice flavours.

This was fantastic fresh and just as great frozen. I froze the extra pastas in single layer on a baking sheet then transferred to ziplocs. Just made the first batch of frozen and they were just as great as the fresh. I personally like a ton of cheese, so I added extra Parmesan.
