- 1/2 lb. asparagus (– snap off the tough ends – chop asparagus into thirds or smaller.)
- 1 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (minced)
- 6 twists pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (plus some to serve at the table.)

This was surprisingly tasty 😋 I followed the recipe with all the ingredients but added a dash that of garlic., salt, pepper and bacon bits to the lemon and butter mixture. I used steam ready asparagus from Aldi and let it thaw for a couple of hours. Perfect. I used the entire package and cut them up into tiny pieces. Making this again!

I made this recipe but I had to steam the asparagus before I added them into the mix. I also added chili-pepper flavored olive oil and garlic to the sauce, to give it a bit more flavor. Turned out very well!
