- 1 cup raspberry puree (I blended thawed frozen berries and strain out the seeds)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 40 mL ice water
- 3 1/2 tsp. gelatin
- 15 oz. lychee (drained and chopped into small bits)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- rose water (OR rose tea leaves)
