- 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar (divided)
- 3/4 cup cholesterol free egg substitute
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pears
- 1 cup frozen raspberries in heavy syrup, partially thawed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9-inch glass pie plate; set aside.
- In blender or food processor, process Promise® Buttery Spread, milk, flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth; set aside.
- In prepared pan, arrange pears and raspberries, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Pour batter over fruit; then sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Bake 35 minutes or until custard puffs and springs back when pressed lightly. On wire rack, cool 5 minutes. Serve warm, if desired, with frozen low fat ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
