required an ice cream maker. would have been nice to know BEFORE I bought all the ingredients 🙄

Made a bit too big of a batch. It freezes really hard in the freezer. It tastes alright though.

This turned out great. I substituted raspberries for strawberries, pineapple, and mango. I used fresh strawberries and the rest of my fruit was frozen. Worked just the same and was very easy to make.

So fresh and delicious! We froze in individual balls and layered with apricot sorbet made with also freshly harvested fruit. A summer delight, for sure.
