I've been looking for a healthy cobbler recipe for some time & finally found one. Since the fruit is sweet by itself, I substituted fresh ginger & sliced almonds instead of sugar. I used a combination of peaches, strawberries & blueberries (any combination of fresh fruit could work for this recipe). To make the crust lighter, I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream & added a teaspoon of cinamon & vanilla to the dough. Finally, I garnished the top of the cobbler with sliced almonds & a dusting of cinamon coconut sugar. Will definitely make this again!
