Muffins were delicious but I was only able to make 9. Too much streusel. Next time, I’ll halve it.

This was a great, simple recipe. I doubled it and instead of poking the whole raspberries into the top of the muffins I cut them into large pieces and folded them into the batter--simply because my children and I prefer that.
