- 1 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 1/2 cups water

Directions
- In a bowl, combine raspberries with sugar, stir and let macerate for 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, squeeze juice from enough lemons to make 1 cup (about 6 lemons).
- With a fork, crush the raspberries, add lemon juice and stir well.
- Pass the mixture through a strainer. Add the water and stir. Add more water and sugar to taste. Serve.
