- 2 cups white granulated sugar (450 gram)
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 cup sour cream (240 ml)
- 6 egg whites
- 2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups butter (350 gram, room temperature)
- raspberry jam
- 300 grams raspberries
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 125 grams egg whites (About five medium-sized eggs will yield `160 gram egg white)
- 300 grams caster sugar (white, This is fine quality sugar but not as fine as frosting sugar)
- 400 grams butter (room temperature and cut into cubes)
