Delicious! I had egg whites because I made crème brûlée over the weekend. This was the perfect recipe to use up those egg whites! My silicone muffin cups do not quite hold 1/2 cup, so I reduced the recipe by 1/6th. It took a minute or two longer to bake ecause my raspberries were not 100% thawed, but wow. So good.
