Delicious! Very easy too. I made 1.5x the recipe because I had a larger pan and it went great. Added 1 full lemon’s worth of zest and got a really nice lemony flavor in the cookie that complemented the raspberry. Will bake again.

easy prep, easy clean up, tasted great. i followed directions to a T, except for some math calculations since we had a 9x9 rather than 8x8 pan to work with. Bonus points for the delish aromas wafting through the house during baking.
