- 3/4 cup champagne (Cava or Prosecco)
- 1/4 cup milk (or more, or half and half)
- 1 pt. raspberries
- 1/4 cup candy melts (dark, for hearts, optional)
- crème chantilly
- 1 cup flour (with, until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
