Terrible; a disaster; a waste of great ingredients. Coconut cream did not appear to thickened enough, but i continued to folliw the durections. The fabulous radberry amaretto jelly ( which i ordered especially for this) sunk to the bottom. At this point i gave up and thru it all away! LESSON LEARNED-ALWAYS use the authenic recipe.
I should not have given this a one star, but her directions were easy to follow.

Didn’t turn out as pretty or delicious.. Needs to specify what brand of coconut milk to use.
