- 1/4 red onion (sliced, or less depending on how much you love onion)
- pesto (Dairy-free, I get mine at my local health food store)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 cauliflower (chopped up)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup cashews
- water (– just enough to make into a cream)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
