This was an excellent recipe and quick and easy to prepare. I doubled everything. instead of two 12 oz ham steaks I used three 8 oz pkg of diced ham (24 oz total). When the Pasta was drained I stirred in a 16 oz container of sour cream. The butter, Ranch mix, ham, and mixed vegetables were cooked added from the skillet to the pot of pasta. Everything was thoroughly mixed and then put into a server container. 100% eaten which marked it as a major success. Worth making again.

Good! used fresh green beans and left over corn. (green beans had to cook a little longer)

Loved this recipe. Have never used brown rice pasta and it was great. Used the sour cream too!

Very easy to make, simple instructions. Gonna try with chicken, broccoli, asparagus and zucchini. This will be in rotation for dinner. yummy👍🏻

It was awesome. I added chopped onion and garlic powder. Everybody loved it! And soooo easy!

It was pretty good. My husband and I enjoyed it, but we think it would be more of a tasty side dish for a summer picnic than an entree, but that’s not to say we won’t have it again! 😊👍
