- 1 lb. chicken breast strips (skinless, boneless)
- salt
- ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 green bell pepper (or red, yellow, seeded and cut into thin strips OR you can use a combination of all 3, amounting to about 3 cups of pepper strips.)
- 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I like to use white cheddar)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- cilantro (or parsley for garnish, optional)
- 6 inches whole wheat tortillas (optional)

We loved it! I added more lime juice but it was still great with the amount that it called for! Also this recipie was SO easy to make! I used green tomatillo salsa!

I think this was a great dish!! I added some extra ranch and sour cream. Didn’t have fresh produce on hand but I used a bag of frozen pepper/ onion mix and it was delicious!!!! I served it with a long grain rice medley and that was a good call!!!
