- 1/2 tsp. haldi (/ turmeric powder)
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. chilli powder (Kashmiri red, / lal mirch powder)
- 1 tsp. kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp. amchur (powder/ dry mango powder)
- 1/2 cup water (to adjust consistency)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. kasuri methi (/dry fenugreek leaves)
