I used Pork Loin Country Style ribs (that's usually for Sauerkraut) instead of baby back ribs. Also, I didn't have Liquid Smoke, so I substituted 1/2 Smoked Paprika and 1/2 Grill Mates Pork Rub.
Results were AMAZING
