- 2 large carrots (spiralized)
- 1 zucchini (medium-large, spiralized)
- sea salt (to taste)
- 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 0.75 oz. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced thin)
- salted roasted peanuts (lightly, chopped)
- toasted sesame seeds
- lime wedges
- Sriracha (if you like it spicy)
