- 2 jalapeno peppers (stems removed, seeded and diced, add more/less to taste)
- 1 red bell pepper (large, cored and diced)
- 1 orange bell pepper (large, cored and diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (large, cored and diced)
- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro (loosely-packed)
- 2/3 cup red onion (chopped, about half of a small red onion)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly-squeezed, about 1 large lime)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 bag Garden of Eatin Tortilla Chips (I went with Reduced-Fat Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips)
