Made this salad for a "salad showdown" at church because of the rainbow colors--so beautiful. I was surprised that it tasted as good as it looked. I knew I'd like the tahini in the dressing but was skeptical of the maple syrup, but it gave it just the right amount of sweetness. I had to substitute green beans because no asparagus was available.
