- 1 1/2 cups margarine (dairy-free soy)
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain)
- 8 large egg whites (if going dairy-free, like I did, I just replaced each egg with ¼c. applesauce and ⅛ tsp baking powder)
