- 1 jar ragu pasta sauce (1 lb. 8 oz., Old World Style® Traditional)
- 1 cucumber (, peeled, seeded and finely chopped)
- 2 bell pepper (, finely chopped)
- 1 onions (, finely chopped, rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 knorr chicken flavor bouillon cube (, crumbled)

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for oil and Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube in large bowl; set aside.
- Microwave oil with Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube in small microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 15 seconds or until Bouillon Cube is softened; stir. Stir bouillon mixture into gazpacho. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
- Process 1/2 of the gazpacho in blender until smooth. Stir into unprocessed gazpacho. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
