Tahini dressing was thiiiick. I didn't have maple syrup so used honey instead and tossed in some leftover raw asparagus and some rotisserie chicken. The fennel was great addition as were the oranges! Because of the additions my hubby stuffed it down but he wasn't too thrilled. I wasn't really thrilled either. I'm not going to give up on this though, but i will make an effort to thin out the dressing a little more and add more lemon or maybe orange juice and salt. Cross your fingers!
