- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. star anise
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup curry sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream (whisk until it gets the thickness of yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. whiskey (brandy, or cognac)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. paprika (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup curry sauce (you can use your own homemade recipe above)
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup salt (dark soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
