- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 flour (round tablespoons)
- 2 cups whole milk (gently warmed over low heat)

- grated nutmeg (A little freshly, to taste)
- 1 egg yolk
- parmigiano reggiano cheese (A handful of grated)
- flat leaf parsley (Finely chopped, to serve)
