  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 pound mexican chorizo (fresh, sauteed until just cooked and broken up with the back of a wooden spoon)

  • 1 red onion (small, thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 sour cream (Mexican cremaor)
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
  • 4 radishes (very thinly sliced)
