This is a winter treat for both young and old, perfect for a Sunday lunch dessert.

- 4 scoops Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (100g/200ml)
- 400 grams fruits (frozen forest)
- 25 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams plain flour
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams butter (cubed)
- 50 grams marzipan (diced)

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 4.
- Mix the frozen fruits and caster sugar in a large pan. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Mix the flour and brown sugar in a large bowl, rub in the butter using your finger tips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in the diced marzipan.
