- 1/2 cup jaggery (you can replace with “dry” sweetener of your choice)
- 2 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (you can skip it, but then the cookies will be slighter harder)
