The idea to combine chocolate with raspberries in cookies is brilliant. I modified the recipe a bit to achieve super soft cookies. So here're my modifications: 3/4 cup of butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 Tbsp. vanilla pudding, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt -- and left the amount of semi-sweet chocolate and raspberries - unchanged - in the original recipe. Before placing the cookies in the oven, I kept them in the fridge for 3 hours. The cookies came our great -- super soft and tasty.
