- 1 Tbsp. root ginger (grated)
- 1 onion (medium, sliced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 red chilli (diced)
- 300 grams basmati rice (mixed, soaked in cold water for 10 minutes, drained well)
- 1,000 mL vegetable stock
- 1 stick canela
- 1 lemon
- 80 grams dates
