- 1 Tbsp. shallot (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (more to taste)
