  • 1 1/4 cups mashed potatoes (cooked &, used 1 large russet potato)
  • 2 carrots (peeled & grated)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 zucchini (chopped into small cubes)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into small cubes)
  • 1 ear of corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (powder, freshly ground)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour (for every 1 cup of the burger mix)
  • bread crumbs (from 2-3 bread)
  • 1/8 cup all-purpose flour (mixed in 1.5 parts of water)
