- 3/4 cup yams (cooked & mashed red, used 1 small yam)
- 1 1/4 cups mashed potatoes (cooked &, used 1 large russet potato)
- 2 carrots (peeled & grated)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 zucchini (chopped into small cubes)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped into small cubes)
- 1 ear of corn
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (powder, freshly ground)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. chickpea flour (for every 1 cup of the burger mix)
- bread crumbs (from 2-3 bread)
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour (mixed in 1.5 parts of water)
