This is the best recipe!! I’m not a huge quinoa fan but this turned out delicious! We will definitely make this again!

Super good. I baked it in the oven for about 25 minutes and thought it was perfect at that point. I added a little more salsa once it was in the shell and just a little sour cream. Would definitely make again.

This time around I didn't even bake it. It tastes so good. Next time I'll bake it and my wife and I will have some street tacos.

Turned out great, I tried vegan chickpea tacos and this beat them by a landslide. Love em

I loved these so much better than meat tacos! Super easy to make and they have so much flavor & they taste great with avocado. Will definitely be making them again.

This was fabulous!! The taste was exactly like, if not better than ground beef. The texture obviously was something new but still delicious. 10/10 will make again. Thanks!

It was surprisingly good. I’m beginning my journey as a vegetarian and this meal made me enjoy my new eating lifestyle

This IS better than meat! Just knowing all of the nutrition included made it that much more enjoyable! I added mushrooms and green snap peas, veggies I had I fridge, and a can of black eyed peas!! Delish!

Really awesome! Dont miss the meat at all! We added in another quarter cup of salsa, it was perfect!

Fantastic! Full of flavour, I would take this over traditional minced beef anytime and the whole family enjoyed it too.

Love it!!!! Even my meat loving friends and family request this. I probably make it once a month. It's great for nachos, as well.

Great flavor and texture. I used canned diced tomatoes and red onion instead of salsa, added a squeeze of lime juice and it was perfect!

Flavorful, easy to make. Used it as a side to roasted pumpkin and creamy black beans. My husband doesn’t like spicy dishes, so I didn’t put the chili powder, put smoked paprika instead. When the mixture is still moist, I think it would be an awesome base for veggie burgers.

I love tacos so much and I’m so glad I could make this great alternative. It’s easy and lasts for quite a while. I would for sure make this again.
