I used edamame, spring mix, cucumber, quinoa, carrots and sprinkle of black sesame seeds inside the rolls along with the dipping sauce and it was delicious! I also added just a tiny bit of maple syrup to the sauce and the combination of spiciness and sweetness was perfect!

Love these rolls, make them all the time! Prep work takes a while but worth the effort. Fresh herbs are a must

Those were some damn good salad rolls for sure. Added cucumber and sprouts into the mix, but the original recipe was solid. The sauce was so nectar too. Will make again.

OMG! Easy summer lunch or lite dinner! This was easy to make and hit the spot on a hot summer day! My husband even loved it and he is a picky eater!
