- 1.5 oz. wild mushrooms (package of dried)

- 2 cups mushrooms (chopped dried and reconstituted, any kind, I used shiitake & cremini)
- 1 onion (small, diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup white wine
