- 1/2 cup orange pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives (halved)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 cups spinach leaves
