Description
This salad will be worth your while. Pack it with grains, fresh veggies and a spicy, honey lime dressing that gets its tangy twist from French’s® Classic Yellow Mustard. Chill it for 30 minutes, and sprinkle with toasted pepitas for a delicious crunch.

- 1/4 cup yellow mustard (Classic)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. McCormick Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 cups cooked quinoa (cooled)
- 1 avocado (peeled, seeded and chopped)
- 1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 3 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup pepitas (toasted)

Directions
- MIX Mustard, lime juice, honey, cilantro, cumin and salt in large bowl until well blended. Add quinoa, avocado, beans, tomatoes and green onions; toss gently to coat.
- REFRIGERATE at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Sprinkle with pepitas before serving.
