Although quite a few steps to prepare , this was great, and did the final cook on my smoker and not in the oven for additional flavor.

Very good. I was in a pinch though. I thought I had some precooked "Quinoa & Kale". Didn't, so.... I went with some precooked "Spelt, Veggie, & Parmesan, I had on hand. Thus that became my stuffing with the other ingredients. Turned out very good! I also sliced a Granny Smith Green apple and that became my glaze with the Maple Syrup. Even better. Thanks so much.
