    Not too crumbly at all and were delicious with roasted capsicum and fried haloumi cheese (I’m not vegan)

    Plenty of flavor and crispyness. As I'm not vegan I added an egg, next time I would probably add two eggs.

    Yummmm. I added some lemon juice. It was super yummy!! The patties fall apart easily but I just had it on some sourdough bread with some cheese :).
