Turned out great. Makes a LOT! Definitely do the suggestions with salt and Dijon.

Added 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard to bind the dressing, 1/2 tsp oregano, and 1/2 tsp cavenders Greek seasoning time dressing. This is delicious!
