    Great dish! We use half the amount of ginger. Add toasted cashews, sautéed tofu and broccoli. Instead of the sriracha we serve with chili garlic sauce.

    So delicious and a great twist on classic fried rice. This recipe is also great if you add chicken to mimic chicken fried rice. I would definitely make this again.
