Easy and really tasty, but mine turned out gloppy. I just kept cooking and cooking and cooking.hoping more water would evaporate but finally gave up after 1:45 total cook time (not including prep). Followed the recipe other than adding a chopped red pepper with the peas.

This dish was not only easy to make but also delicious! I added two cloves of garlic and a few shakes of garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Leftovers are perfect for lunch. I will definitely make this again! Great weeknight dinner.
