- 1/2 cup corn (sweet or roasted, I just threw some frozen corn into a hot skillet and cooked it until it basically started to burn)
- 1/2 cup fat-free refried beans
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added black beans (or low-sodium, drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce (shredded)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 cup guacamole (I LOVE Wholly Guacamole)
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or you can use lemon juice if you prefer)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt (to taste)
