- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup gluten (Bob's Red Mill, free All-Purpose Baking Flour)
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed (freshly)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. grape seed oil (or melted coconut oil, or walnut oil, or... any kind of oil you want, really!)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup shredded carrot (lightly packed, wrap in a clean kitchen towel and ring out extra juices)
- 2 tsp. coconut butter (melted)
