- 1 cottage cheese
- 100 grams PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 8 slices quince jelly (cut into medium-sized rectangles)
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry jam

Directions
- Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese until very smooth.
- Stack layers of cheese, quince jelly and raspberry jam, so that the final layer is raspberry jam.
- Tip: If the jam is too firm, mix jam and a tablespoon of water in a saucepan and heat until warm.
- Then let cool completely.
- To serve, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
