Directions

1. Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese until very smooth.
2. Stack layers of cheese, quince jelly and raspberry jam, so that the final layer is raspberry jam.
3. Tip: If the jam is too firm, mix jam and a tablespoon of water in a saucepan and heat until warm.
4. Then let cool completely.
5. To serve, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
